It's not an IT project, but an organization-wide journey that requires collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hidden costs and recurring expenses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besides the visible costs of the audit and any guidance, there are recurring or hidden expenses that are quickly forgotten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Surveillance audits:<\/strong> Annually, the certifying body conducts a surveillance audit.
