other parts of our processes or service.<\/li><\/ul><p>A complaint gives us the opportunity to investigate what went wrong and where we can request a formal review of a decision.<\/p><p>You can appeal against, among other things:<\/p><ul><li>a rejection of a certification application or other judgments made by one of our team members,<\/li><li>Judgment given by one of our team members about your environment.;<\/li><li>or a third-party objection that affects your certification.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-75d9437 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" in writing by email: <a href=\"https:\/\/risguard-my.sharepoint.com\/personal\/alex_klimaszka_risguard_com\/Documents\/contact@risguard.com\">contact@risguard.com<\/a><\/p><p>The appeal should include:<\/p><ul><li>the company name (as stated in the contract),<\/li><li>the reasons for the appeal, and<\/li><li>any relevant documentation.<\/li><\/ul><p>Upon receipt:<\/p><ol><li>Registration: Your profession is registered by Risguard.<\/li><li>Acknowledgement: You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt.<\/li><li>Review: The appeal is handled by a person who was not involved in the original decision.<\/li><li>Independent Committee: If necessary, the case will be referred to an independent committee for review.<\/li><li>Decision: You will receive a written response within a specified timeframe with the outcome and any further steps.<\/li><\/ol><p>Any improvements resulting from this will be followed up through our internal improvement
